We circled this book around our office "Your Business Sucks", and it was a hit! It pointed out a lot of inefficiencies and areas we can improve on in terms of customer service and product enhancement. The basics of the book was that we want to make our good customers feel 'thrilled' all the time. We have to do this through amazing customer service, exceptional products and keep our game 'on' attitude. This is definitely a recommended read for any business, whether new or old. It attacks your business whether your are in the initial stages or if you have been around forever. We have realized it is time to declare war on ourselves and destroy anything that is less than great to our customers! We simply aim to thrill every one of our customers.
